*SOLAY Sisterhood: Teen Edition

Ms. Katrina Billingsley will host a series of discussions geared for girls aged 13 to 18. Sessions are offered one day a week for eight weeks and focus on real issues facing girls today--from dating to gossip. In a safe, educational, and fun environment, girls will explore and share their feelings about issues important to them, helping them to develop into young women with a strong sense of self. Participants will:

*learn the process and importance of making wise decisions

*enhance social relationships

*improve communication skills and

*develop positive character traits

*FEARLESS & FABULOUS: A Discussion on How to Have it All

Dr. Uzzell will lead a lively discussion focusing on relationships, self-esteem, self-perception and secrets to getting everything you want out of life.

*IN SESSION: An In-depth look into therapy

Drs. Kornegay and Uzzell will present an engaging and informational seminar on the processes and benefits of therapy.  They will answer your questions and dispel the myths.

*LIFE COACHING: What is it and Who needs it?

Athletes get it, entertainers get it, and you've seen it on all of the reality shows.  What exactly is life coaching and how can it benefit me?  Come hear Dr. Uzzell explain what her role is as a life coach and how life coaching can help you get to where you want to be.
