Reduced Fees

If needed, we offer reduced fee/sliding scale services. We will work with you during the initial consultation to determine an affordable rate for your therapy sessions.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance as Payment

We accept the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC
• CIGNA
• Duke Select (CIGNA Behavioral Health)
• Medicaid
• Tricare (Standard & Prime)
• HealthChoice

If we do not accept your insurance plan, we will gladly provide you with the information you need in order to file the insurance claim with your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
